 Site Reports and cliental requests are reviewed every morning. All information becomes incorporated into the day’s mix; jobs are prioritized, Work Orders are written and assigned to the field staff.
Each worker prepares for their day. Supervisors make the rounds. Plans are discussed and changes are implemented as needed. This process allows every person at Carol’s Colors to participate. Our performance as a whole is improved by individual involvement and we encourage it. What does the crew see on the job site? What do they think about it? How can we be more efficient? More productive? How can the client best be served?
 Jobs are posted on erasable boards. Events change, work is completed and the progress is tracked and continually updated. At a glance future needs and details come into focus while the big picture always remains in view.
Our work is guaranteed. We stand behind it. But you won’t see us standing behind shovels, lounging in your yard. We arrive on time, operate quickly and finish tasks. We are sensitive to the site and changing conditions. We realize that we work where you live. Your input and communication is invaluable. We’ll leave you with a personal paradise installed efficiently using technically sound construction practices.
We also leave you with an overall understanding of your irrigation system. We’ll program the water controller and affix written directions inside the casing. The cheat sheet will explain shut-off locations, winterization procedure, and contain a zoning legend.
We review all jobs after completion, gathering facts that help us identify areas for improvement and validate things we have done right.
